No, probably never.

All the main bridal previews for SS2015 took place recently. I like bridal previews because it’s like all the designers are working for the same type of customer.

Although all brides are different, there are certain boundaries. Designers have a limited palette to work within, they have specific shapes and traditional textiles to work with, and it’s interesting what they can do with that, and which designers are willing to colour outside those lines. The smallest details really stand out when every other dress seems to be a mess of white tulle topped with a lace bodice.
